4. Pet Care and Liability

While we take all reasonable precautions to ensure the safety and well-being of pets entrusted to us, Pawsome Care Koramangala shall not be liable for any injury, illness, loss, or damage to pets except in cases of gross negligence. By using our services, you acknowledge and accept these risks.

5. Veterinary Consultations and Referrals

Veterinary consultations provided through our partnered clinics are subject to the partners’ own terms and conditions. Pawsome Care Koramangala does not assume responsibility for veterinary care or advice given and recommends that you keep direct communication with the consulting veterinarian.

6. Cancellation and Refunds

Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment. Late cancellations or no-shows may incur fees as determined by the type of service booked. Refunds, if applicable, will be processed in accordance with our cancellation policy outlined at the time of booking.
